Contract signed by the former Tarheel All American Charles Waddell who is now with the Gamecocks. He was my contact during the first meeting in Charlotte with Mark Richardson. Barrow Industries/Jobber agreed to get the Sports Chair fabric made for me .

Exh I. #2      After Bassett decided to wait  H&H Sports N Casual Manufacturing owner Ken Hill set up the meeting for me to meet with their partner and who was the President of the second largest furniture manufacture in the world. 

Exh. J.       My creation of the name Sports Chair and concept. I was asked to sell them at Rhodes Furniture in Charleston instead of receiving my quarterly designer checks.  I quit and sued in Small Claims concerning my created name Sports Chair that they were using, they settled out of court.

 Florida Marlins was also sold at the 400 Rhodes  stores and the fabric was woven by the same company Valdese Weavers/Richard Krapful that signed the contract with me to weave the fabric for me and Bassett Furniture. Valdese was at the right place at the right time now making them for the 2nd largest upholstery manufacturer where I put my Dallas Cowboy Sports Chair in their 100,000 sq. ft. Showroom and shook the Presidents hand and he agreed to get my contract right after High Points International Furniture Market. What a liar...

 Exh T.      Summerville CED  Director for Economic Development said I have the background & experience needed to begin such a project. He stated this before I got product orders for over 1,000 rockers from  Walmart, Burlington Coat Factory and the Home Again Chain in just one week by myself. He also  copied his statement to USC Small Business Center

    Exh X.  My Gamecock Sports Chair I designed could only be sold 1 at a time to the stores in South Carolina because the fabric was to light and this was my only choice because their fabric somehow didn't look right when it had a darker background and therefore since they usually charged $5,000 for the first chair, they only charged me for whatever I picked up at their plant.            Also, you see Coach Tanner many years late plugging for the           La Z Boy store in Lexington and I wonder who originally came up with that idea?!?!?
